Ours brings years of hands-on experience — from daily operations to negotiating complex brand agreements. We’ve worked with leading brands, independent ones and everything in between.

Learning never stops. From skills training on property to leadership programs in central services, there are many ways to grow with us. Regular feedback and coaching help you set goals and take real steps forward, whether that means becoming a specialist, a manager or trying something new in another property.

Working with Summit means more than one property. You have the chance to take part in openings, projects and assignments in different locations. This variety gives you experience across many aspects of hospitality and lets you see the industry from different angles.

Hospitality runs 24/7, but we do our best to fit work around life. Where the role allows, shifts are planned with flexibility in mind, and for some positions, hybrid arrangements can be considered.
